Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a Sound Bath with Karla Bravo. Relax while lying down or in a sitting position. Bring your own yoga mat or pad, a pillow for your head and an optional second one for extra comfort plus a blanket. Don’t forget your journal and pen to put thoughts down while fresh after the experience.
Karla Bravo is a mother, ritualist, and sound healer. Working with different tools to deepen our practice, she creates containers with different tools to embody the human expression, move energy and alchemize grief, pain and energy blocks through sound.
